| Vantage Builders “does it again” for Jacobs Engineering and American Tower
Waltham, MA Jacobs Engineering needed of a complete gut and build-out to their space on Congress Street in downtown Boston and having recently completed a major renovation with Edwards and Kelcey, now owned by Jacobs, Vantage Builders was asked to do it again. Given a tight time frame and working within a multi-tenanted building, this project required working a lot of ‘off’ hours and coordinating daily with the landlord, Berkeley Investments. Close collaboration with the Jacobs Engineering design team ensured the renovations were completed on time and on budget. Having successfully completed the initial renovations for American Tower in Woburn, Mass., Vantage Builders was hired to renovate the lobby and common areas. Given a tight, eight-week schedule Vantage Builders completed this high-end renovation on time while staging the job to allow American Tower employees to keep working throughout the renovations.
