Boston, MA Value: $1,140,000 Size: 20,000 square feet Architect: Jacobs Engineering Jacobs Engineering required a complete gut and build-out to their space on Congress Street in downtown Boston and having recently completed a major renovation with Edwards and Kelcey, now owned by Jacobs, Vantage Builders was asked to do it again. Given a tight time frame and working within a multi-tenanted building, this project required working a lot of ‘off’ hours and coordinating daily with the landlord, Berkeley Investments. Close collaboration with the Jacobs Engineering design team ensured the renovations were completed on time and on budget. Back |   |
