Burlington, MA Value: $4,000,000 Size: 44,000 square feet Architect: Maugel Architects Vantage Builders recently completed the renovation of a multi-purpose facility for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Department of Homeland Security. ICE hired Vantage to perform the renovations, while Maugel Architects provided the design. Ten New England Executive Park was the site of the complete demolition of two floors and construction of general offices, booking/parole area, training facilities, detention area and computer rooms. Extensive site work along with an integrated security package was also provided. The facility will temporarily hold illegal immigrants from Burlington and the surrounding area until they can be transported to the downtown Boston facility. Back |   |
