Worcester, MA Value: $1,700,000 Size: 32,000 square feet Architect: Gorman Richardson Within a vibrant and popular mall in Worcester, Vantage Builders transformed an existing but abandoned second-floor food court into the new Worcester District Registry of Deeds. To achieve an air of stateliness there was an extensive millwork package installed inside as well as outside the space. The Registry of Deeds’ project included new kitchens, bathrooms, a locker room and individual client legal rooms. A complete HVAC system was required along with the construction of a new main and individual frame networking system. To complete the facility, work had to be performed off-hours within the area of a CVS pharmacy below. This design/build project was completed with admiration and thanks from the client, Berkeley Investments, mall management and the Registrar of Worcester.Back |   |
