Cambridge, MA Value: $1,200,000 Size: 5,000 square feet Architect: Rauhaus Freedenfeld & Associates Description: This three-phased project for Cambridge Pet Care required working around existing tenants all while the offices for CPC remained fully operational. Renovations to the 150-year-old structure included replacing fire-damaged walls and installing additional columns and bracing to shore up the structure. In addition, new mechanical and electrical systems were added. Architecturally high-end millwork packages were built including radius soffits and elaborate finishes. The facility houses examining rooms, a darkroom for x-ray development, veterinarian offices, operating rooms and a complete grooming area.Back |   |
