Stoneham, MA Value: $585,000 Size: 5,000 square feet Architect: Hardaway Associates. Description: Vantage Builders did the rehabilitation of an existing 5,000 s.f. medicat unit. The renovation involved extensive facility infrastructure upgrades including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Construction materials and finishes needed to meet the requirement of both the Department of Public Health and Hospital upgrade regulations. The project highlights two climate controlled operating rooms, sanitation facilities and a back-up emergency power generator.
