Waltham, MA Value: $2,000,000 Size: 40,000 square feet Architect: IA Description: The renovation of Intuit’s new space at 100 Fifth Ave. in Waltham consisted of the demolition of the majority of the existing 40K sf space, and then building out the entire project in two phases. The San Francisco based design firm, IA, created the concept for this project that was focused around curves and a very contemporary design approach, using a lot of aluminum for the framing and exotic textures for the walls. The high-end space was completed with much precision and professional craftsmanship with costs totaling over $2M.Back |   |
