Chestnut Hill, MA Value: $250,000 Size: 650 square feet Architect: Jeremiah Eck Architects Description: Boston College hired Vantage Builders to construct a new administration office at Devlin Hall. The project involved complete demolition of the existing area and construction of a new area that highlighted the original millwork. An extensive millwork package including coffered ceilings, paneled walls, and built-in bookshelves was designed to house the new HVAC, sprinklers and electrical systems. Vantage worked closely with the architect and engineer to coordinate every trade, allowing for the project to be completed on time and within budget.Back |   |
