Reading, MA Value: $3.2 million Size: 30,000 square feet Architect: Maugell Architects Description: The International Family Church purchased a former Converse office building and Vantage Builders oversaw the demolition of the entire existing office space before creating new church offices, classrooms and a “children’s church.” In addition, Vantage replaced (2) 50-ton rooftop units and converted 8,000 square feet into a sanctuary. A monumental staircase was added in the lobby and a “waterfall wall” was created for a dramatic entranceway.Back |   |
