Stoughton, MA Value: $950,000 Size: 80,000 square feet Architect: Arch Design Description: STD purchased the 80,000 square foot building on Mill Street in Stoughton for their new main headquarters. Vantage was hired to renovate the building which involved an upgrade of the existing clean room area to class 10,000 with the addition of new gowning areas, air tight pass throughs and a new mechanical system. 10,000 sf. of new office area was added along with a new 2,000 sf. structural mezzanine for QC and storage.Back |   |
