Chelsea, MA Value: $4.1 million Size: 80,000 square feet Architect: Maugel Architects Description: Vantage Builders completely renovated the former home of jewelry manufacturer Town & Country, for Carey Realty LLC. The two story building, located at 100 Revere Beach Parkway, enables Shore to provide special education services for people under age 22. The state-chartered school serves the towns of Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Saugus, Somerville, Winthrop, and the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational School in Wakefield.
