- Project manager / principal will attend all project meetings during the design development phase
- Keep weekly meeting notes
Construction Cost Estimating
- Project manager / estimator to evaluate a conceptual design estimate and GMP pricing
Scheduling and Coordination
- The project manager assigned to the job will develop a preliminary schedule
- Provide weekly updates
Safety Program
- Vantage Builders will design and control an ongoing safety program for the project
- Insure safety of all people involved including personnel and subcontractors
- Vantage Builders does their own safety control and inspection
Subcontractor Bid Evaluation and Pre-Qualifications
- Pre-qualify three bidders for each trade
- Approval of bidders procured by architect and engineers
Procurement and Purchasing
- Submittal tracking
- Costs tracked on a weekly basis (budget to actual)
Value Engineering
- Project manager to work with engineers to design the most cost effective systems
